Abstract:Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a common malignant tumor in the digestive tract. In recent years, its incidence and mortality have been on the rise. It begins with benign adenomatous polyps on the inner walls of the large intestine, colon and rectum, and can gradually progress to advanced adenomatous carcinoma in situ and aggressive carcinoma. More and more studies have shown that LncRNA is involved in various regulatory mechanisms of colorectal cancer and promotes or inhibits the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. This article reviews the regulatory mechanism of colorectal cancer-related LncRNA.
