摘要: 目的　探讨乳腺癌中c erbB 2、E cad蛋白表达与临床病理参数, 淋巴结转移, 临床预后的关系及其相关性。方法　应用免疫组织化学二步法技术检测 72例乳腺癌组织中二种蛋白的表达状况。结果　c erbB 2蛋白的超表达, E cad蛋白表达下降与病理分级、核分裂、淋巴结转移、生存期短等不良因素呈正相关趋势。结论　c erbB 2, E cad蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达呈负相关, 在乳腺癌的发生发展中独自发挥作用

Abstract: Objective The aim of the present study was to investigate the between the gene protein expression of c-erbB-2,E-cad and clinical data, and to analyse the correlation among these two gene proteins in the prognostic determination of human breast carcinoma .
