摘要: 目的　探讨基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP 2 )和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症发生发展中的作用。方法　应用免疫组织化学法检测 70例异位内膜组织和 30例正常子宫内膜组织 (对照组 )中MMP 2和VEGF的表达。结果　在异位内膜组和对照组中MMP 2的阳性表达率分别为 71.4 3%和 4 0 .0 0 %, P <0 .0 1;VEGF的阳性表达率分别为 74 .2 8%和 4 3.33%, P <0 .0 1。结论　异位内膜组织的侵袭力增强及血管生成与MMP 2、VEGF的高表达密切相关, MMP 2、VEGF在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中发挥作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the role of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP 2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the pathogenesis of endometriosis (EMs). Methods A total of 70 specimens of endometriosis and 30 specimens of the normal controls were evaluated by immunohistologically techique with polyclonal antibody against MMP 2 and VEGF.
