Objective To study the effect of telomerase antisense RNA on Hep 2 cells. Methods By using lipofectin mediated DNA transfection,telomerase antisense RNA was successfully into Hep 2cells,By means of TRAP,dynamics of cells growth,electromicroscope and the changes of Hep 2cells in telomerase activity,proliferation,apoptosis were detected .
