摘要

摘要: 目的研究p65和VEGF在牙龈癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测46例牙龈鳞癌组织中p65和VEGF的表达，并与临床病理指标结合进行分析。结果牙龈鳞癌组织中p65与VEGF阳性率分别为63．04％与56．52％。p65的表达与牙龈鳞癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移无相关性，与临床分期明显相关（P〈O．05）。VEGF的表达与牙龈鳞癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移密切相关（P〈O．05）。p65与VEGF在牙龈鳞癌的表达呈正相关。结论 p65和VEGF参与牙龈鳞癌的发生发展过程，可作为评估牙龈鳞癌生物学行为的一项指标，用于识别高危转移和不良预后者。

Abstract: Objective 　To investigate the expression of p65 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in squamous cell carcinomas of gingiva ( GSCC) . Methods 　SP immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of p65 and VEGF in 46 GSCC tissues. Results 　The positive rate of p65 in GSCC was 63. 04 %, while the positive rate of VEGF was 56. 52 %. p65 was not correlated with pathological stage and lymphatic metastasis, but VEGF was correlated with that p65 was closely correlated with chinical stage ( P < 0. 05) . There was a positive correlation between the expression of p65 and VEGF in GSCC tissues ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion 　p65 is associated with VEGF in GSCC, and can serve as a biomarker for the potentialities of invasion and metastasis of GSCC.
