合成肽RGD和YIGSR的聚合衍生物对PG细胞侵袭重组基底膜能力的影响

The invasive capability of human lung great cellular xancerous PG cell on reformed basement membrane and Inhibition of synthetic peptides

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨 RGD和 YIGSR的聚合衍生物对 PG细胞侵袭重组基底膜能力的影响。方法 利用 Transwell细胞培养小室。结果 适量 PG细胞经趋化剂作用 10h,侵袭细胞已达便于统计分析的数量范围;25~100μg/ml的合成肽 RGD、YIGSR及多数衍生物与细胞作用 48h可对抗 PG细胞对重组基底膜的侵袭。结论 高转移性人肺白细胞癌 PG细胞系是肿瘤细胞体外侵袭实验筛选有关抗肿瘤转移药物的适用细胞。其中 RGD和 YIGSR的杂叉聚合肽及 YIGSR均叉聚合肽的抗肿瘤侵袭活性较强。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the invasive capability of human lung great cellular carcinoma PG cell on reformed basement membrane in vitro and inhibition of anti-tumor synthetic peptide.
