Relationship between the Expression of Integrin β_1 and Invasion in Gliomas

Objective To explore the effects of integrinβ_ 1 on mechanism of invasion of gliomas cell line. Methods Immunohistochemical assay was used to determine the expression of integrinβ_ 1 and Ki-67 nuclear antigen in gliomas (45cases), normal brain tissues (5 cases).
