Objective To explore the recurrence free and prognostic factors in right curatively resected PN2 non small cell lung cancer. Methods 24 PN2 right curatively resected NSCLC cases between 1999 and 2002 were randomizely divided into adjuvant chemotherapy(before or after operation) group and single operation group.
