脑脊液液体活检在肺癌脑转移中的应用研究进展

Research Progress on Application of Cerebrospinal Fluid Liquid Biopsy in Brain Metastasis from Lung Cancer

  • 摘要: 肺癌是目前最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,脑转移尤其是脑膜转移是肺癌的致死性并发症,传统诊断手段灵敏度有限。脑脊液液体活检作为一种新兴技术,能够无创、动态地检测颅内肿瘤分子特征,脑脊液直接接触中枢神经系统病灶,其蕴含的肿瘤衍生分子信息较血液等其他体液,对于肺癌脑膜转移具有独特且更具代表性价值,可显著提升肺癌脑膜转移的诊断率与个体化治疗水平。本文综述脑脊液液体活检在肺癌脑转移中的研究进展,探讨其在指导靶向治疗、探索药物耐药、评估预后进展中的价值,以期为肺癌脑转移的临床诊疗提供新的思路和依据。

     

    Abstract: Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors. Brain metastasis, especially meningeal metastasis, is a fatal complication of lung cancer. The sensitivity of traditional diagnostic methods for this disease is limited. As a new technology, cerebrospinal fluid liquid biopsy can noninvasively and dynamically detect the molecular characteristics of intracranial tumors. Cerebrospinal fluid directly contacts the central nervous system lesions. It contains more unique and representative tumor-derived molecular information compared with those obtained from other body fluids such as blood for lung cancer meningeal metastasis, thus remarkably improving the diagnosis and personalized treatment of lung cancer meningeal metastasis. This work reviews the research progress on cerebrospinal fluid liquid biopsy in lung cancer brain metastasis and explores its value in guiding targeted therapy, delineating drug resistance, and evaluating prognostic progression to provide new directions for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer brain metastasis.
