    Abstract
  • Objective To study the effect of combination chemotherapy of Navelbine and Ifosfamide in the treatment of stage Ⅲ b -Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Thirty-seven patients with stageⅢ b -Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer were treated with Navelbine and Ifosfamide . Results Complete response in 3 patients and partial response in 15 were observed with an overall response rate of 48.6%. Leukopenia was the most frequent toxicity(83.6%) .
